The Role
We're hiring a
Head of Performance Marketing
to own and scale Eureka's growth engine. This is a
hands-on and strategic sea
t
: you'll be driving
multi-million dollar budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TV
— while experimenting with emerging channels like
podcasts, affiliates, influencers, and OOH
.
You'll design and run the optimal mix of agency partners and in-house talent — bringing together the best brains and execution horsepower to deliver world-class performance marketing.
This isn't "run the ads and report back." It's
full ownership of the machine: strategy, execution, and results.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders — testing, scaling, and shaping the big bets that will double Eureka in the next 12 months. You'll get to combine art and science — from writing hooks in your notes app to scaling multi-million dollar campaigns in the boardroom.
What You'll Do
- Lead growth and paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TV — plus test emerging channels.
- Own and optimise multi-million dollar budgets, delivering efficient CAC, ROAS, and profitable subscriber growth.
- Build and manage a hybrid model of agencies, contractors, and in-house hires to deliver best-in-class results.
- Be hands-on in ad accounts, directly managing campaigns and buys where needed to ensure speed, accuracy, and performance.
- Oversee attribution + tracking (Triple Whale, GA4) so we measure what matters.
- Build structured creative testing roadmaps across audiences, funnels, and formats.
- Partner with creative to ship, test, and scale scroll-stopping, conversion-driving assets.
- Present insights directly to founders and leadership: what's working, what's not, and where to double down.
- Stay two steps ahead of platform updates, competitor plays, and growth trends.
About You
You're not just a performance marketer — you're obsessed. You live and breathe digital marketing, with an eye for creative that stops thumbs and a brain wired for metrics.
You will bring to the table…
- 5+ years in performance marketing for a D2C eComm brand, ideally subscription
- Proven track record scaling multi-million dollar budgets across channels with clear case studies on previous success
- Deep hands-on expertise in Meta, Google Ads, YouTube & TikTok creative tactics and account structure, with functional understanding in total TV and OOH.
- You're a proud consumer: you love products, you love content, and your notes app is full of hook ideas you can't wait to test.
- Comfort with advanced analytics + attribution (Triple Whale, GA4, etc.).
- Commercial instinct: you think in terms of CAC → LTV → profit.
- Experience running a hybrid model of agencies and in-house teams, with accountability on results.
- Creative eye: you can brief, challenge, and iterate with designers and editors for ads that actually convert.
- Bias to action with process: when inspiration hits, you're already launching the test and know exactly what signals we're looking for
