We're looking for an exceptional
Head of Brand, Content & Campaigns
to join our leadership team, reporting directly to the
Chief Growth Officer
. This is your chance to combine
strategic brand leadership

performance-driven marketing
, ensuring Law Partners shows up consistently, credibly, and with impact.
What you'll do
Brand Strategy & Integrity
- Uphold and evolve the Law Partners brand across all client and internal touchpoints.
- Conduct regular brand audits and provide training to internal teams.
- Act as a brand advocate, linking brand consistency to commercial success.
Content & Campaigns
- Develop content strategies driving thought leadership, demand generation, and client engagement.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Head of Digital on performance, reporting, and optimisation.
- Own non-digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Performance & Commercial Impact
- Align marketing initiatives with growth and revenue objectives.
- Own key performance metrics — pipeline contribution, ROI, campaign effectiveness.
- Translate brand and campaign performance into commercial outcomes.
- Support business development with assets that drive conversion and retention.
Reputation & Market Positioning
- Monitor and manage the firm's reputation across social channels, reviews, and industry forums.
- Deliver proactive PR and communications plans to enhance visibility and sentiment.
Competitor & Market Insights
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify differentiation opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform campaigns, content, and go-to-market strategies.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of 4–5 professionals.
- Set clear goals, oversee workflows, budgets, and external agency relationships.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
About You
You're a strategic marketing leader who balances brand strategy with performance marketing. You inspire teams, deliver measurable results, and have a proven track record in:
- Brand, content, and performance-driven marketing.
- Copywriting, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
- Integrated campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Translating data and insights into strategy.
- Leading and developing marketing teams.
