About the Role

At our Moorooka practice, the Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering outstanding patient experiences. Supported by the Area Practice Manager, this role focuses on enhancing efficiency, nurturing team growth, and driving the continued success of the practice.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional front-office customer service, creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
  • Lead, manage, and train staff to ensure high performance and a positive team culture.
  • Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
  • Support a team of dental professionals, fostering growth and development.
  • Monitor and report on team performance weekly, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to implement growth strategies and enhance business success.
