Molteni&C is Italy's leading independent company in the luxury furniture industry, family-owned since its inception in 1934. Today, there are 120 Molteni&C Flagship Showrooms globally, and an additional 700 points of sale. Molteni&C has long-standing and established collaborations with some of the world's most prestigious architects and designers, enabling timeless and considered kitchen solutions as well as a broad offering of residential furnishings, all meticulously produced in-house, Made in Italy, by Molteni.

Molteni&C Australia, as of recently, operates as a direct subsidiary to Molteni Group in Italy. There are ambitious plans, with an existing Flagship Showroom in Richmond (Melbourne), and during Q1 2026 there will be the unveiling of an all-new Flagship Showroom in Surry Hills (Sydney).

Role Description

We are currently looking for two Melbourne-based roles.
Retail Sales
(Flagship Showroom, Church St, Richmond) and
Business Development Manager
(A&D and Real Estate Partners).

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in business development and client/partner relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
  • Previous experience in design-lead luxury consumer goods, direct experience with furnishing and joinery would be advantageous.
