As the Sales Director, you will lead the charge in delivering national growth and elevating the brand's market presence. Working closely with global leadership, you'll steer the company's sales operations through a period of transformation-shaping strategies, empowering teams, and engaging a high-performing dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the national sales team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
  • Design and execute market strategies that drive sales growth and strengthen dealer partnerships.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with the company's digital and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealers, fleet partners, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for product and segment expansion.

About You

  • A proven automotive sales leader with experience driving growth in an importer, OEM, or distributor environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a history of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline are highly desirable.
  • Passionate about building brands and driving sustainable market share growth.
