This is a newly created role to lead our business support recruitment division, including sales recruitment and human resources recruitment.

The Director's core responsibility is to grow revenue and profit within their responsible division, as well as leading and empowering their team to thrive. This includes managing a team of Business Managers and Business Leads, with a focus of supporting their professional growth and performance. You will also be responsible for supporting the broader business in achieving their strategic objectives.
The Director will run a 360° recruitment desk in the business support, sales and human resources market and will lead and execute on divisional and company-wide sales strategies.

- Deep experience within the business support, human resources and sales recruitment market
- Displays a track record of success in leading high-performing recruitment teams
- Extensive sales experience and expertise
- Experience in management client relationships and managing deliverables to clients
- Strong evidence in billing capability
