**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an energetic and results driven Executive to join our Residential Development Sites Team. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your career and achieve outstanding results within our successful Residential business as they enter their next major growth phase across Parramatta and the Western Sydney region.

Working closely with the National Director of Development Sites and in collaboration with our experienced and established CBD residential and leading project marketing team, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to fulfil client objectives and ensure sales goals are met.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Identify potential sites and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact and qualify potential clients/ vendors.
- Identify buyers and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Set appointments and manage sites leads through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the team with preparation of submissions and to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Actively seek networking opportunities to build relationships and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to Directors.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this key role, you will possess**:

- Knowledge of the Sydney residential market
- Demonstrated experience in development site or commercial investment sales in the Sydney property market preferrable, or experience with a Valuation or Agency firm as a Valuer, Assistant Valuer or Analyst.
- Understanding of development principals and feasibility analysis skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A Real Estate Licence.
- Tertiary qualifications in property, business or related discipline desirable.
