ReVest Property Group is a boutique startup real estate agency specialising in commercial and industrial sales and leasing. We’re expanding our footprint in residential development through ReVest Projects, focusing on selling subdivision lots across Western Sydney. We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to take the lead in this exciting branch.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage and grow the ReVest Projects residential sales portfolio
- Work along side the Director and head of commercial development sales
- Sell residential subdivision lots with the potential to exceed 100 blocks annually
- Prepare sales advices and documentation
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
- Build strong relationships with developers, buyers, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Collaborate with the team while also working independently

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Sound understanding of subdivision lot sales
- Class 2 Real Estate License (minimum requirement)
- Confident communicator with strong phone and follow-up skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Friendly, team-oriented, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
