About The Role:

As our Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of real estate sales agents
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Implement strategies to increase listings, sales volume, and market share
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and training sessions
  • Manage vendor relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support business growth
  • Report directly to the Director on team performance and market trends

You'll have:

  • Current Real Estate Licence
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in real estate sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
