The Opportunity

We have a full-time Trainee Recruitment Administrator position available at our Head Office in Traralgon, starting as soon as possible or in early 2026. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of Recruitment and HR and build a long-term career in a professional industry.

You will be working closely with our Recruitment Consultants & Support Staff, learning how the industry works while gaining real skills and experience that can take you anywhere.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming visitors and managing our front desk
  • Helping people register for job opportunities
  • Collecting and organising important candidate documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Keeping our database up to date
  • Supporting the team with admin and office tasks
  • Assisting with marketing content and social media updates

You'll succeed in this role if you:

  • Enjoy talking to people and building relationships
  • Are organised, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Have strong attention to detail and can juggle multiple tasks
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bring a positive attitude, a sense of humour, and a strong work ethic
