We are looking for an enthusiast & capable Dispatch Officer to join our Field Services Team to coordinate & administrate of service requests & work orders to ensure a high level of customer service for Gippsland Water staff & Contractors.
**Temporary full time, until 30 November 2026**

**The role**
The Dispatch Officer is responsible for the coordination and administration of service requests and work orders relating to emergency reactive and preventative maintenance work activities for the Gippsland Water staff and Contractors, with the objective of ensuring a high level of customer service is provided within regulatory guidelines, industry standards and Gippsland Water policies and procedures.

- A demonstrated ability to work effectively with computer-based technology.
- The ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints and manage customer relationships.
