Customer Service Officer
Full-Time | Based at e&s Support Centre Noble Park (Hybrid role 2 days WFH)

We're now on the lookout for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Experience team and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers post-purchase.
This role is all about putting the customer first - managing service issues, resolving problems with empathy, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. You'll be the key point of contact for customers with faulty products or service concerns, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and retail staff to achieve timely, cost-effective solutions.
What you'll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers with post-purchase issues.
- Manage service cases from start to finish - logging, tracking, and resolving in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers and make informed decisions on product replacements when needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers by showing empathy and clear communication.
- Partner with internal teams and supplier reps to resolve cases effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring issues.

- Strong problem-solving and mediation skills - you'll know how to balance customer needs with business outcomes.
- A confident communicator who can manage expectations while building positive relationships.
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computer systems for logging and tracking cases.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.
