We are seeking an Operations and Customer Support Officer to play a critical role in scheduling, customer care and ensuring smooth coordination across customers, contractors, and suppliers.

This role is suited to someone who is exceptionally organised, a confident communicator, and experienced in customer support. You will be the link between our sales team, installers, and end customers — making sure every project runs smoothly and every customer receives the service they deserve.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule installations and coordinate contractor availability
  • Provide after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with installers, suppliers, and end customers to deliver smooth project outcomes
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely, accurate information
  • Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems
  • Support the operations team with reporting and administration as required
