About the Role

In this role, you will be key to delivering outstanding customer service. You will manage customer calls and inquiries, support the sales and estimation teams, coordinate service bookings and job schedules, process orders, handle product-related questions, and ensure our clients enjoy a seamless and exceptional experience.

The responsibility of role includes and is not limited to:

  • First point of contact for handling incoming customer service calls/inquiries
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to provide administrative support to operations
  • Schedule and coordinate service bookings; and liaise with Service Technicians
  • Communicate with customers to confirm bookings, gather job details, and provide updates.

  • Input data and undertake general office duties such as scanning and photocopying.
  • Liaising with other departments, trades team, production manager/supervisors

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally in the aluminium window and door manufacturing or manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to absorb technical information quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good inter-personal skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to react to changing priorities.
