About the Role:

This crucial role involves providing vital support to our existing call centre team, helping to manage workload and ensure seamless customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, assisting with enquiries, scheduling appointments, and accurately documenting interactions. Your contribution will directly alleviate pressure on our current team members, enabling us to continue delivering exceptional service.

This is a part-time role is based in our Noble Park office, 2 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30am - 4:30pm. We also offer a hybrid working environment after training has been completed

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Year 12 completion (preferable)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Proven experience in scheduling jobs with technicians (or similar coordination tasks)
  • A strong track record of accurate data entry
  • Familiarity with Ponto or other ERP systems (preferred)
