We seek an accomplished Business Development Manager with
a proven track record selling into Home Builders and/or Project Developers.
This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives on opening doors, securing accounts, building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth. This is a new position to add to our growing team.

What You'll Do

·      Leverage your business development expertise to open new business opportunities

·      Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers and trade partners

·      Drive revenue growth through new accounts and long-term partnerships

·      Provide insights and market intelligence to support company strategy

·      Work with autonomy and authority

What You Bring

·      Proven success as a BDM within this or a related industry

·      A strong professional network and the ability to generate opportunities from day one

·      Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills

·      Commercial acumen with a track record of achievement

·      Drive, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
