At Flowerdale Estate, we're more than just a wedding venue – we're a family-run business creating unforgettable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Since 2012, our team has been bringing warmth, professionalism, and a touch of country charm to weddings, conferences, retreats, special events, and tranquil getaways.

We're looking for a full-time Front Desk Attendant / Corporate Event Support to be the friendly face and organised mind at the heart of our guest and client experience.

About the Role

Front Desk Duties

  • Be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage accommodation and restaurant bookings with accuracy and care
  • Provide information on our services, facilities, and events
  • Oversee smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Corporate Event Support

  • Assisting our Corporate Event Coordinator in their duties
  • Confidently respond to event enquiries and build professional relationships with clients
  • Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and event documentation
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed runsheets and timelines
  • Coordinate events in the lead-up and provide on-the-day support to ensure everything runs smoothly

About You

  • A warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, events, and reception
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and booking systems (training provided)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be a true team player
  • Available across weekdays and weekends
  • Must have a valid Victorian Driver's License

Hours & Pay

Full-time position, including some weekend work depending on events. Pay is based on experience and aligned with the Hospitality Award.
