About the role

Roxy's Cafe' is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Kitchen Attendant/Cook to join our dynamic team in Baranduda, Victoria. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our busy cafe kitchen.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Head Chef in meal preparation, including food assembly, cooking, and plating
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
  • Ensure the kitchen area is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Support the team in general kitchen duties, such as stock taking and ordering supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to provide an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Attendant or Cook in a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to handle the demands of a busy cafe kitchen
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, customer-centric work culture
  • Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
