We are a small RTO delivering nationally recognised VET qualifications in business, cookery and hospitality, and ELICOS.

We require a full-time office assistant to work at our front desk, while handling admissions, general communications and student administration duties. The role is located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Duties

  • Reception and general front desk duties
  • Admissions and timely completion of required documentation for new and continuing students
  • Student data administration and communication, including data entry
  • Strict adherence to internal procedures regarding student data, admissions and enrolment, legislative compliance, and other general processes and procedures.
  • Undertake and participate in other administrative activities/ projects/duties as directed.

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Experience in a busy office environment, preferably in the education sector
  • Understanding of student needs and passionate in student support
  • Unrestricted right to work in Australia
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check
  • Currently residing within normal commuting distance of Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

The position commences soon.

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
