What you'll be doing

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Coronation Property. The Marketing Executive provides marketing support to Coronation Property's development projects, as well as corporate activity across Coronation Property's Masterbrand.

Reporting to the Senior Project Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will assist to drive key marketing activity across owned and third-party channels. Key accountabilities of the role include:

About you


• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, social media or a related field.


• A Bachelor's degree level qualification in marketing, communications, social media or a related field is required.


• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role.


• Property marketing experience is essential for this position.


• Experience in social media scheduling and analytics.


• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns.


• Experience in engaging with a variety of stakeholders.


• Coordination and management of customer events.


• Strong organisational and project management skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading.


• Property industry experience is advantageous to the role.
