We are a vibrant and authentic Nepalese restaurant passionate about serving traditional flavors and creating warm dining experiences for our guests. We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently (dine-in and takeaway)
  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep and service tasks when needed
  • Manage stock and supplies — restocking, labeling, and keeping shelves organized
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the front of house and storage areas
  • Handle cash and POS transactions correctly
  • Assist with packing online orders and coordinating deliveries
  • Follow restaurant policies and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail preferred but not essential (training provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
  • Must have valid working rights in Australia
