The Opportunity:

  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations including labour, COGS, food safety
  • Managing and training of crew to ensure your team are performing their role at the expected level
  • Be present and hands-on in all areas of the restaurant alongside your team (run the service, serve and interact with our guests)
  • Motivate and encourage your team whilst creating a positive working environment and culture

About YOU:

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in hospitality or restaurant management – you've led teams and managed restaurant operations before and know how
