We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and professional **Waitstaff/Bartenders/Baristas** to join our team at a busy and well-established Indian restaurant in Shellharbour. If you thrive in a high-pressure environment, love hospitality, and have a passion for delivering great customer service - we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- **Valid RSA certificate** is **mandatory**:

- Must be available to work **weekends, evenings**, and **public holidays**:

- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and high-pressure** restaurant environment
- Strong **communication skills** and **positive customer service attitude**:

- Confident in taking **table orders** and handling POS systems
- Must be able to **attend to customers professionally** and maintain a friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of **Indian food** or prior experience in **hospitality** is highly regarded
- **Previous experience at an Indian restaurant** is **preferred but not essential**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers with a welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve dishes and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per RSA guidelines
- Assist in table clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions via POS
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Provide suggestions and explanations for menu items when needed
