We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our leadership team at our Top Ryde location

The Role

As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up in their hospitality career and grow with us.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the FOH team
  • Maintain high standards of service and guest experience
  • Assist with rostering, cost control, and daily operational decisions
  • Help manage recruitment, training, and performance of FOH staff
  • Oversee ordering, stock control, and compliance requirements
  • Lead by example with a hands-on, energetic approach

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong understanding of FOH operations and guest service standards
  • Knowledge of rostering, cost control, and training processes
  • Current RSA and full working rights in Australia (sponsorship available for the right candidate)
  • A passion for hospitality and a natural ability to lead and inspire others
