Cavfield are partnering with a well-established Australian business in the shipping container and logistics sector to recruit a hands-on Sales Executive to join their team on site in South West Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, practical environment and is motivated by building relationships, converting leads, and seeing tangible results from their work every day.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for customers — handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and managing sales through to completion. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure orders run smoothly and customers receive great service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and web enquiries, turning leads into confirmed sales
  • Prepare accurate quotes and manage the sales process end-to-end
  • Build rapport with trade and business customers
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate customer and sales records

About You

  • Confident, approachable, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a depot or yard environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service (construction, transport, or trade background ideal)
  • Based locally and looking for a stable, long-term role
