Position Overview

The
Sales Executive
will play a key role in driving growth across our range of
paper-based packaging products
designed to replace conventional plastics. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting sustainable paper-based packaging across a variety of sectors including FMCG, food, retail, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue and margin objectives.
  • Identify, target, and secure new customers seeking paper-based alternatives to plastic packaging.
  • Promote our portfolio of sustainable, high-performance
    paper and fibre-based flexible packaging
    solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and product development teams to deliver customized paper packaging that meets functionality, barrier, and sustainability requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Monitor market trends, sustainability legislation, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and sustainability events.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of B2B sales experience
    in the
    packaging or paper industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    flexible and paper-based packaging materials
    , coatings, and converting processes.
  • Proven success in business development within FMCG, food, retail, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with
    sustainability drivers
    such as recyclability, compostability, and plastic reduction initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously and within a team.
