The Role
As an Account Executive at Josys, you will lead sales efforts across
Australia and New Zealand (ANZ)
. Based in Sydney, you'll be responsible for building relationships with IT and business leaders, driving new customer acquisition, and expanding within accounts. You'll work closely with our global team to tailor Josys' platform to the ANZ market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory sales strategy and onboarding MSP partners in the ANZ region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP executives, practice leads, and technical stakeholders.
- Prospect and build pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos to IT decision-makers.
- Own the sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.
- Attend and represent Josys at local industry events.
- Stay on top of regional IT and SaaS trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in ANZ, preferably in IT or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of the Australian IT ecosystem and buyer personas.
- Strong understanding of the MSP business model, economics, and go-to-market strategies.
- Track record of quota achievement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiar with CRM tools and AI-driven sales approaches.
