
Wholesale Account Manager

About The Role
The structure of this position will flex depending on the successful candidate. Whether you're stepping into a mid-level territory role or bringing senior account and brand experience, we're looking for someone who understands the responsibility of representing premium brands, and delivers with energy, care, and commercial awareness.
You'll work closely with independent optical retailers, presenting seasonal collections, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring each brand is well-positioned in-store and in-market.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Visiting stores regularly to maintain high levels of service and visibility
- Managing existing wholesale accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Presenting new collections and planning product launches
- Supporting product training, assortment planning, and merchandising
- Monitoring stock flow and working with planning to ensure supply meets demand
- Executing sales initiatives in line with our market and brand strategy
- Managing brand material, POS, and promotional allocations
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall territory growth
- Keeping CRM and reporting up to date with visit plans and outcomes
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in wholesale, B2B sales, or premium optical retail
- A self-starter mindset; you can manage your own schedule and territory
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to client service
- Confidence presenting product and communicating brand value
- An understanding of the sales cycle and ability to manage commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly
