Padre Coffee is growing and we're excited to be currently recruiting for our New South Wales territory

What you'll do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with café partners across NSW.
  • Drive territory growth by supporting existing accounts and converting new leads.
  • Coordinate and deliver wholesale events, tastings, and barista training.
  • Act as a Padre brand ambassador, ensuring every customer experiences our values at their best.
  • Provide hands-on support with equipment training and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Stay on top of admin tasks including reporting, contracts, and onboarding.

Who you are:

You love coffee. You have excellent account management and communication skills in new business and account managing, thriving when you are building positive, lasting relationships with customers.

You understand the needs of café owners, their baristas and have a solid knowledge of Specialty Coffee & Brewing Equipment.

You're organized, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills that allow you to keep on top of multiple projects at once. You value genuine, long-lasting relationships and take pride in helping others succeed.

You take pride in your work and enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Core attributes, capabilities and experience:

  • Knowledge of coffee, coffee equipment and industry – specialty coffee, hospitality
  • Sales experience in sourcing new business plus great relationship management skills with existing customers
  • Positive outlook and attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually
  • Current Drivers Licence
