Greg Natale is a multi–award-winning design brand renowned for high-end homewares and interiors. We are an LGBTQI+ inclusive design studio looking for a driven and dynamic Wholesale Salesperson to join our passionate team. This exciting role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to shape and grow the wholesale arm of our business, both domestically and internationally.

This hands-on role requires a confident and motivated sales professional with a proven ability to build strong client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with Greg Natale (Founder & Designer), our design and administration teams, and our Communications Coordinator, to nurture existing partnerships while driving new growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is strategic, energetic, creative, and highly organised, with the ability to embody our brand identity and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the domestic and international wholesale sales channels
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Present and promote collections with confidence and creativity, including sales & product presentations to wholesale clients
  • Collaborate with the designers and wider team to inspire and support the launch of new collections
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events both domestically and internationally
  • Provide exceptional service and support to wholesale clients
  • Grow sales through our trade program by delivering engaging presentations to designers and design firms, building strong relationships to inspire them to partner with and specify our collections

About You

  • A motivated team player with the ability to self-manage and inspire others
  • Experienced in wholesale sales (homewares and/or interiors experience highly regarded)
  • Experience in supply chains (shipping/logistics), Microsoft applications, and CRM software will be an advantage, however, not essential
  • Skilled in designing and executing sales strategies to deliver results
  • Naturally confident in building relationships and closing sales
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and an exceptional work ethic
  • Analytical, creative, and commercially minded
  • A quick learner who can absorb and communicate extensive product knowledge
  • Comfortable presenting and representing a luxury design brand at trade shows and events

  • Full-time, based at our Surry Hills headquarters
  • Monday – Friday (with some after-hours accountability and communication as required)
