The Company
Our client is an established international agriculture business, with their office of approximately 30 employees based just outside of the CBD, they are seeking an experienced office administrator/PA to support the CEO and wider business.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress their secretarial experience & career. You will provide administrative support and coordination to the CEO, Executive Team and wider business of 30 employees. A strong attention to detail, efficiency and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key for this role.
This role is PART TIME - 4 days per week (or 32 hours span across the week depending on preference).
Duties
Reporting to General Manager, People & Culture, some of your duties will include:
- Manage the CEO's diary and inbox on a daily basis
- Meeting management including preparing agendas, taking minutes and organising catering
- Coordinate office supplies and maintenance; stationery and kitchen
- Event management across the business, partnering with leaders as required
- Database management and support in PowerPoint Presentation design
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate you must have:
- Previous experience in a support role to a management team and/or leader, such as in a Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, Team Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity - 2 years minimum
- Previous experience utilising the MS Office suite
- Enjoy a multi-faceted and fast paced role
