Our clients are ambitious, and so are we. Now we're looking for someone exceptional to support our Managing Director and keep our business running at its best.

Your Role in Our Success

Supporting the Managing Director:

  • Manage email and appointments
  • Coordinate travel bookings and logistics
  • Provide personal and business administration support

Keeping the Wheels Turning:

  • Manage receivables and payables using Xero
  • Keep our CRM up to date with client activity
  • Maintain and improve our proposal templates
  • Streamline workflows and create better ways of doing things

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a senior support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and comfort using AI tools
  • Experience working independently from home
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
