The Company

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join their Melbourne team. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a Partner as well as the broader accounting team, including:

  • Managing the Director's calendar, inbox, and scheduling proactively
  • Handling client communications and enquiries with professionalism
  • Preparing, reviewing, and processing documents and correspondence efficiently
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and general administrative tasks
  • Supporting projects and providing assistance across the wider team as needed

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly organised professional with at least 2 years' PA/EA experience within an accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, XERO, and other relevant software
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team
