About the role

We are seeking a Personal Assistant who loves planning, lives by checklists, and takes pride in getting things right the first time. We value drive, motivation, and high attention to detail over big corporate experience.

As the Personal Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring professional and personal commitments are managed seamlessly. You will bring a strong sense of ownership, judgement, and dedication to safeguarding their time, priorities, and wellbeing. Primarily you will:

  • Provide day-to-day personal and executive support to the Founders
  • Juggle schedules across global time zones, specifically Melbourne and London
  • Organise meetings, travel, and events with attention to detail
  • Support email management
  • Follow up agreed actions, reporting and meeting preparation
  • Take ownership of personal and professional tasks with discretion and efficiency
  • Be a trusted sounding board, spotting what needs attention before it becomes urgent
  • Assist with processing invoices and managing monthly credit card statements

About you

You'll be someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail, loves getting things sorted efficiently, and gets satisfaction from keeping everything (and everyone) on track. You're confident stepping into a busy, complex environment and know how to calmly manage multiple priorities.

  • A qualification or experience in an administration role
  • A strong communicator who builds trust and maintains confidentiality
  • A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving
  • Ability and flexibility to manage complex schedules, communication and competing priorities across time zones with confidence
  • A strong sense of ownership, loyalty, and a natural instinct to protect and support the people you work with
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365, expense management tools or simple accounting systems
  • Resilience, adaptability, and are ready to grow with us
