Find My SDA is a registered SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) provider working across South Australia. We help NDIS participants access homes that meet their support needs and work closely with support coordinators, SIL providers, and landlords. Our focus is on high-quality housing and a participant-first approach.

About the Role

We're looking for a Compliance Manager (Part-Time) to support our operations by ensuring our housing, processes, and documentation meet all SDA and NDIS compliance requirements. This role offers structure, autonomy, and purpose—ideal for someone who enjoys working with detail in a values-driven environment.

Schedule:

30 hours per week (flexible spread across 4–5 weekdays)

No weekends or public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Oversee SDA compliance under NDIS and local regulations

Manage onboarding and documentation for participants and landlords

Track expiry dates for insurances, contracts, certifications, and property-related records

Assist with internal audits, reporting, and regulatory readiness

Liaise with SIL providers and support coordinators on shared compliance tasks

Ensure consistent updates to document registers and compliance systems

Skills & Experience

Experience in compliance, legal, auditing, quality assurance, or NDIS administration

Understanding of NDIS

Excellent organisation, communication, and documentation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

MBA or business qualification desirable but not essential

Previous experience in disability services, housing, or healthcare will be highly regarded

Pay rate: $35/hour (~$50,400/year based on 30 hrs/week)
