Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Are you a people person who loves helping others? We're a fast growing prepared meal delivery service looking for a friendly and motivated Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This is a remote position perfect for someone looking for flexible work. The hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., giving you the perfect work-life balance.

What you'll do:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help customers with their orders, including placing new orders and making changes to existing ones.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Provide detailed information about our meal plans and delivery process.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A friendly and empathetic approach to customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
