We're on the hunt for a creative and organised Marketing All-Rounder to join our small but mighty team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes marketing from paid ads to EDM planning and driving results during high-impact moments like Black Friday.

What You'll Be Doing
EDM Planning & CoordinationPlan email campaigns that build relationships, support product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments like Black Friday. Help write clear, engaging copy and coordinate with our graphic designer to ensure creative is delivered on time.
Paid Ad Content CoordinationHelp write ad scripts and plan concepts for paid ad videos. Once approved, create clear, concise briefs for our video editor so assets can be edited efficiently.
Content Creator CoordinationFind and reach out to new UGC creators that align with our brand, and help manage the production and delivery of their content.
Social Media & Content SupportContribute to managing our social media channels through content planning, scheduling and publishing. Help brainstorm and plan engaging content ideas across formats from reels to stories and static posts.
Campaign Coordination & TrackingSupport our Co-Founders and wider team to keep marketing campaigns moving forward with clear check-ins and communication. Maintain up-to-date Notion boards and shared trackers so everyone stays aligned on deliverables, deadlines, and progress.
Press Outreach SupportAssist with PR-related tasks like drafting press releases or reaching out to media contacts during key retail moments (e.g. Christmas gifting period).
Occasional UGC/Influencer Campaign SupportJump in as needed to help with gifted or influencer collabs.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You...
- Can write great copy and think visually
- Are highly organised, creative, and proactive
- Have experience in content or eCommerce marketing
- Know your way around Notion, Google Drive, and Klaviyo (bonus points for Foreplay and Meta Ad Library)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in marketing (bonus points if you've worked in beauty).
- Proven experience juggling calendars, socials, and multi-channel campaigns without dropping a beat.
- A flair for copy that makes people smile (and click), especially when it comes to writing emails and ad scripts.
- A love of data almost as much as a love of creativity you're not afraid to test, tweak, and optimise.
The Details
Role: Part-time (3-month contract), WFH with occasional in-person days for shoots/events
Hours: Approx. 10+ hours per week (flexible, deliverables-based)
Location: Anywhere in Australia (bonus if Sydney-based)
Start: ASAP
Pay: Competitive, based on experience ($25-$35/hour)
