About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Webcast Manager to join one of the top webcasting platforms, managing Japan-based pharmaceutical clients' webcasting projects across the APAC region. This is a remote role requiring exceptional organizational, technical, and communication skills, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale productions.
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and certification on the platform, enabling them to deliver high-quality virtual event experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end webcast projects for Japan-based pharmaceutical clients, from planning to execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support, production, and client services, to deliver seamless events.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live events, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each project, including post-event reports and feedback.
- Stay updated on platform features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in webcast management, virtual events, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance is an advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs in Japan and APAC time zones.
