About Us:

Solahart Fraser Coast is a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to excellence in renewable energy. We are seeking a skilled and motivated person to join our team in the role of Sales Administrationand contribute to the efficient running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
  • Convert incoming leads into sales appointments for our sales consultants (no cold calling involved)
  • Handle communications in a professional manner with customers as the first point of contact with the company at reception and on the phone

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales and/or administrative role

Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Great phone manner and able to speak to all customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Ability to convert incoming enquiries into sales appointments
  • Regarded as a people person
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with office technology, procedures and best practices
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
