The Role

We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Administrator who thrives under pressure. You will be the backbone of our sales admin, keeping files, contracts, and deadlines under control in a busy office. No two days are the same.

Your Day Will Include

This fast paced and rewarding role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Setting up and managing sales files electronically
  • Entering and updating sales data in internal systems
  • Tracking contract milestones and following up with clients and third parties
  • Updating online listings via VaultRE
  • Preparing accurate correspondence and documents
  • Running reception, calls, and client enquiries
  • Providing support across the team where needed

What You Bring

  • At least 5 years' admin experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with 365 knowledge a plus
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Integrity, discretion, and reliability
  • Proactive attitude and ability to self-start
  • Real estate admin or conveyancing experience highly regarded
  • VaultRE and SecureSign knowledge a bonus
