The Position

Incredibly versatile role, which will see you learn every part of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.

The successful applicant will possess;

  • Drive, Passion and Enthusiasm
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive
  • Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Ability to learn marketing, face to face presentations, cold calling, database marketing, lead generation and sales skills
  • Love working within a team, and possess a fun and energetic personality

Duties will include;

  • Sales Associate duties for the leading salesperson in the Hervey Bay Office
  • Managing and booking appointments
  • Preparing proposals and associated documentation
  • Client management
  • Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond)
  • Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers
  • Delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers
  • Marketing
  • Lead generation
  • Database cultivation
  • Open homes and face to face client servicing
