Vaniggy Retail Pty Ltd/Go Girl is a growing fashion business with a big future. We're expanding into national and international wholesale markets while also running two retail stores. Between import, export, wholesale, retail and online sales, there are plenty of moving parts and we're looking for the right person to help keep it all running smoothly.
We're on the lookout for an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team and help take the business to the next level. This role is hands-on and varied, with everything from payroll to Xero reconciliations and managing Debtors and Creditors. You'll work directly with the owner and get exposure to both local and international finance.
This is a permanent part-time role, 9am to 2pm, with salary depending on experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running payroll and keeping staff expenses up to date
- Reconciling bank accounts, cards and online payments in Xero (Shopify, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.)
- Keeping on top of Debtors and Creditors
- Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
- Pulling together simple weekly and monthly reports (sales, cash flow, etc.)
- Helping the accountant with info for BAS and end-of-year
- Tracking stock purchases and costs so we stay on budget
- Spotting anything unusual in spending or payments and flagging it early
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with experience in bookkeeping or financial admin
- Confident using Xero and spreadsheets
- Organised with a good eye for detail
- Comfortable juggling different tasks and priorities
- Friendly and clear communicator — happy to deal with staff, suppliers and customers
- Trustworthy with sensitive information
