You can plan your schedule effectively and take pride in your professionalism , customer service and presentation of both self and workplace. You enjoy being hands-on; completing light assembly as well as learning new skills and working collaboratively with a team and are able to work autonomously when needed. As a Sales and Administration Assistantyour role will include and is not limited to:

  • Assisting customers with product selection
  • Light assembly of mobility aids
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft word programmes, mail merge and social media
  • An eye for detail
  • Payment processing
  • General front of house duties
  • Workplace presentation
  • Providing customer support, troubleshooting basic product issues
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • This is a part time position
