About the role:
Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a passion for business development? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for VIC, SA, and TAS to join Camec, a proud part of Fleetwood Australia, an ASX-listed company. In this senior role, you'll have the opportunity to drive business growth by securing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding our market share across these key regions. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, develop tailored solutions for our clients, and foster long-term relationships. Your success will be key to strengthening Camec's position in the industry. This position is based out of our Noble Park office and will require occasional travel interstate.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
Sales & Business Development
- Actively winning new business directly with new and existing customers to achieve growth in revenue.
- Assist in developing and then executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within VIC/SA/TAS.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and negotiations that align with customer needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and respond to competitor activity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industry sectors
Client & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, product development, operations, and finance) to deliver tailored solutions.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports through utilizing the business sales reporting system.
- Provide forecasts to procurement for customer requirements, and sales performance reports for senior management.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, customer quotes.

With a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your expertise in identifying and securing new opportunities, combined with your ability to manage key accounts, makes you a natural leader. You are highly commercial, with a keen eye for market trends and competitor activity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Your experience in the caravaning and RV industry is an added bonus but not essential, it will be your drive to succeed and passion for delivering tailored solutions will set you apart. You're comfortable collaborating across teams, delivering impactful presentations, and executing on a sales strategy that exceeds expectations. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated business development management expertise and well-developed negotiation and quotation skills.
- Preferred experience working within the RV industry.
- Highly commercial, energetic, driven to achieve results.
- Passionate about delivering customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computing skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & CRM Software.
- Proven experience successfully managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to develop and foster crucial business relationships.
