Join our rapidly growing Company that has been operating in Civil, Mining and Agricultural sectors of Western Australia for the past 15 years. MDH Transport is a key entity within the civil construction and bulk haulage sectors, with over 30 sets of Sidetippers servicing major infrastructure in the North West of WA.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator located in Karratha to join our busy team. You will play an important role in keeping project documentation, reporting, and coordination on track. You will support Managers, Supervisors, and Operators with daily administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to completion based from our office and yard located in the Karratha Industrial Area.

Responsibilities include coordination and communication with our HR and Onboarding team in Perth, assisting with preparing and maintaining rosters, travel arrangements, achieving all deadlines.

The ideal candidate for this role would have 2+ years experience in Site Administration andshould be familiar with ensuring the smooth running of site operations while managing and controlling documentation processes efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and administrative processes
  • Ensure smooth arrival on site for operators
  • Maintain project databases and spreadsheets
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate site access and logistics for project teams and operators

  • Organising cleans for company-owned accommodation

Essential Requirements:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Previous experience working with complex rosters will be favourably considered.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in project administration or similar role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Current WA driver's licence
