About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Mobilisation Administrator to join our internal operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of technician mobilisations for local and site-based projects.
You'll support the team by coordinating key aspects of workforce mobilization, including drug & alcohol testing, inductions, and travel arrangements- while learning the ins and outs of client-specific compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with booking and coordinating drug and alcohol testing for new and existing staff.
- Learn and apply client-specific requirements for mobilisation, including job, site, and project inductions.
- Support the mobilisation process by managing travel bookings, accommodation, and pre-start logistics.
- Maintain and update mobilisation trackers and employee compliance records.
- Assist with document collection, ticket verification, and onboarding coordination.
- Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth, timely deployment of personnel.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations and recruitment teams.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, mobilisation, workforce support, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the NDT/ technical services industry would be advantageous.
- A proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems (including MS Office and internal databases).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
