What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing systems and processes for efficiencies
  • Updating reporting metrics and databases
  • Document Control as per Mammoet and client standards
  • Collating Quotes and invoicing
  • Supporting staff with enquiries and weekly timesheets
  • Assisting with mobilisation requirements and procurement

What you'll need

  • Two years site Administration experience in the Pilbara - highly desirable
  • Professional level experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite capabilities including Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • To be a team player with the ability to form strong relationships remotely
  • SAP experience - highly desirable
