About the role
OMB Solicitors' is seeking an Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Southport. This is a full-time position that requires someone who is organised, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assist accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments/creditors, and reconciliations
- Provide general administrative support such as filing / records management and data entry
- Assist with Trust Account management
- Support the firm's compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
- General office administration, including providing support to the Office/HR Manager
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient office operations
What we're looking for
- Previous administrative or accounts experience preferably in a professional services environment is advantageous, however not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software (desirable) and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal kills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and contribute to collaborative team environment
