Have a thorough understanding of processing customer orders, payments, and shipping transactions using an accounting software program (MYOB) and Courier software;
Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner and direct to the appropriate person.

Accurately recording messages and forward to the intended recipient in a timely manner.

MYOB knowledge / experience is a requirement.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver & fast learner.
- Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $45,007.19 - $76,802.18 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Southport, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
