Your next role
We are seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant who is looking for stability, variety, and great working conditions. This is a full-time role where you will provide hands-on support across administration and finance.
You will be a valuable part of our team and will be hands on in all areas of Office support including but not limited to:
- Reception and front-of-office support.
- Accounts payable and receivable (invoices, purchase orders, expense claims).
- Preparation and Collating invoices for payment.
- Assisting with vendor/customer enquiries.
- Cash-handling and banking.
- General administrative tasks including filing, mail and system maintenance.
About you
We are looking for a self-starter with a fantastic attitude who is reliable, responsible and a general all-rounder with an eye for detail and willingness to pitch in to get the job done. Key attributes include:
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in accounts. payable/receivable functions.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
